During our stay at the Hilton Shillim Estate, we had all our breakfasts at Terrazzo. We also tried their dinner buffet on one occasion.

How was the Food and Service?
The food was fabulous – no doubt! There were several options to choose from and it catered the vegetarians and the meat eaters equally! The staff is excellent and obliging. They attended requests which were not a part of the buffet! They are friendly, knowledgeable and you can see that they are evidently a class apart! The décor is pretty and the service time is perfectly programmed!
For the breakfast buffet, they had a great choice of bakery spread, fruits, Indian and western selections and cold cuts upon requests. They had live counters of dosas and eggs too.
For the dinner buffet, there was decent binge of salads, a big spread of Indian and a few continental selections with certain requests attended straight from the kitchen.
The dessert counter looked inviting with several assortments to bender into! The experience was worth the time and money behind it!
Almost everything we ate at Terrazzo was very delectable and with the unspoiled service I couldn’t have asked for more! In their buffet spreads, there was something always available for every dietary requirement.
Rs.2000 Approx. per person for the dinner buffet.
In Short – Why should you try Terrazzo during your stay?
Good food, never ending customizable choices, admirable staff, stunning ambiance, good cutlery and serve ware, comfortable seating!
Tip – I strongly recommend Terrazzo for Breakfasts and dinners!
